Returns:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We aim to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.\u00a0 If, for whatever reason the product falls below the standard you would expect then please contact sales@omegaalphauk.co.uk<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please DO NOT<\/strong> return any items to us until you have received confirmation from us that we can accept the items back.  Failure to contact us beforehand may result in us not processing your return and credit in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have 14 days<\/strong> from the date of receipt to notify us of an issue or problem arising from the delivery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All unwanted items must be returned at the purchaser\u2019s expense and risk unless they are found to be faulty and you have received written confirmation that return costs will be refunded. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All returned items must be adequately packaged to ensure they arrive back with us in a saleable condition (if not faulty or damaged) We recommend that all returned products are sent back via recorded delivery and fully insured.  Omega Alpha Pharma Ltd cannot accept liability for items lost in transit where these measures have not been put in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Omega Alpha Pharma Ltd will not accept responsibility for returned items until we have signed for them and ensured that they are in the original condition and as per the agreed return reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the returned items are not in the agreed, pre advised condition then a full refund cannot be offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the returned items have been received back at our warehouse, we will arrange the refund by the same method as original payment was made within 14 days of receipt of goods.  We cannot offer any other refund methods such as cash or bank transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Products that have gone past their expiry date cannot be returned unless they were found to be despatched in error by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a consumer your rights are protected under UK law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase from us but if for whatever reason it does not reach you in perfect condition then you may return the item to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
